I was at Walmart this week and couldn't find a single cart inside.  I walked back out in the blazing heat to get one, and when I walked back into the store, I saw 5 team members standing around within view.  I asked them who was getting the carts refilled.  They said "The cart people all called out today.  We don't have anyone to do it."

We have raised over $400k and used that to impact more than 1,000 people, including hurricane relief efforts in Florida, refugee transportation/food/shelter in Ukraine, house building in Mexico, and food and education issues in Chicago.

I had the privilege of meeting Mark O'Donnell recently.  He is the CEO of EOS Worldwide, and I dove in right away with a tough question.  I knew they'd had some serious upheaval recently and I wanted to know his side of the story.

Small choices + consistency + time = significant results.

Filling critical team spots - especially sales - is top of mind for many of the CEOs I met. (Isn't it always?)  What was new though was the response to the current economic market is pushing business owners to increase liquidity and decrease spending.  

Sometimes when I set goals I go so huge - 10x versus 2x, right? - but on this one, I wanted to prove to myself that I could put in the work to not just hit the goal, but do it well and do it sustainably.
