Part Time Executive Assistant
Job description
Part-Time Executive Assistant (Local – Elverson, PA | 5–10 hrs/week)
$20/hour | Flexible Schedule | Must be Local
Are you naturally organized, a good communicator, love quickly crushing checklists, and get satisfaction from bringing order to chaos? If you’ve got a few extra hours a week and want to put your skills to use in a flexible, meaningful role—this could be the perfect fit.
I’m a local business owner looking for a part-time Executive Assistant to help keep things running smoothly. You’ll manage tasks, calendars, and priorities—so I can stay focused on coaching clients and growing the business. This role requires one in-person planning session each week at my Elverson, PA office, with short daily work blocks (30 mins–2 hours/day) to manage email and follow up on scheduling.
What You'll Do:
Join me weekly for a 2 hour in-person planning session
Take the lead on task management—making sure things don’t fall through the cracks
Organize and prioritize my calendar, flag conflicts, and protect time blocks
Sort through email to surface what matters (and clear what doesn’t), help maintain responsive and friendly communication with our clients!
Track to-dos and send short daily updates so we both stay aligned
The Right Fit:
Strong attention to detail and follow-through
Confident managing your own time and priorities
Comfortable using simple tools like Google Workspace, Asana, etc.
Lives within 30 minutes of Elverson, PA
Can track hours and invoice monthly (paid via Wise or Venmo)
Compensation:
$20/hour
5–10 hours/week, depending on workload and availability
Flexible hours, with short daily blocks to keep communication and tasks moving
Must prep day’s tasks by 7:00 AM EST
