Beka leads Magnetic with big strategy and candid coaching. With over 10 years of experience using behavioral analytics, first as a client and now as an advisor, she helps CEOs turn people data into practical decisions that scale. As our licensed advisor and speaker, Beka drives Culture Index strategy, team training, and leadership workshops that get results.
A former Navy officer and mechanical engineer, she brings the same operational rigor and real-world grit into every session. Whether she’s keynoting a conference or mapping out a client’s next hire, Beka makes the complex simple and keeps leaders focused on what matters most.

Chris McGeady
Chris helps busy leaders stay proactive. As our Engagement Lead, he’s the one who makes sure important conversations don’t get lost in the shuffle of daily fires. When a CEO knows Culture Index will solve a big challenge but keeps getting pulled back into the urgent, Chris steps in with reminders, follow-ups, and scheduling so progress keeps moving forward.
With 20 years in the fire service, including 11 as a Captain, Chris knows how to keep calm and focused when everything feels urgent. After building a successful real estate business, he now brings that same discipline and steadiness to Magnetic, helping leaders carve out space to work on the big picture instead of just today’s emergencies.

Brittany Lemanowicz
Brittany keeps our systems sharp and our clients even sharper. As our Operations Lead, she handles account setup, survey administration and preparation, renewals, contracts and invoicing, and workshop logistics. She’s also the go-to expert for navigating the Culture Index portal, making sure leaders walk into every meeting prepared to make smart decisions.
From onboarding new clients to troubleshooting a survey glitch, Brittany gets it done with precision and zero drama. Her calm efficiency frees our clients to focus on growth while she makes sure nothing slips through the cracks.
