I’m Beka Shea - founder of Magnetic Leadership Consulting, Former Military Officer, Mechanical Engineer, and builder of bold teams.
I’ve led businesses, coached executive teams, and built systems that move companies forward. My superpower is having hard conversations with compassion. I work with smart, driven leaders who are done spinning their wheels. My background in engineering taught me to think in frameworks - but my work with hundreds of leaders taught me that no framework works without buy-in.
That’s why I combine behavioral analytics with sharp, honest leadership coaching. I’m here to help you see clearly, act decisively, and lead a team that scales with you, not against you.
