#1: IQ, EQ, & FQ

A leader's expertise and skill in their respective field or sector is known as the functional quotient. Although you may initially rely on IQ and EQ in a new leadership role, ultimately you will need to acquire a deep knowledge in your specific area of business.  The faster you master all 3, the quicker you will grow.
