2 Thoughts - Reflection Vs Recrimination
#1: Reflection Vs Recrimination
I've gotten to record some AMAZING podcasts this week with CEOs sharing the nitty gritty on intense challenges.
One guest reminded me of the danger of letting outsiders push you into self-recrimination. Questioning past decisions based on new information is a misuse of mental energy.
The focus should be gathering as much data as possible, making the best decisions with it, learning from the outcomes, and channeling that knowledge into future choices.
Instead of getting bogged down by 'what-ifs,' it's far more constructive to apply your lessons learned and concentrate on shaping what's next.
