Last week I had fancy dinner for a great cause and brought my executive network together.   One of them mentioned advice that had shifted his brain years earlier - "You know, you can hire people better than you."

My favorite question to ask is "If you had to fire your whole team today, who would you confidently rehire tomorrow?" (Have you told them recently how awesome they are?)

#2: Lighter load

Really think about all the things they handle now that you no longer have to stress about.  How does that feel?

#3: One Question to Ask Yourself

You've done it before, you can do it again.  What area of your business is draining your energy?  What would it be worth to have a new "best hire" take it over?
